How do I bid on a project?

There is no one specific process for bidding on a project. Procedures and related documentation can vary widely from one project to another. The request for proposals or request for qualification will denote which process to follow in order to put your bid together. Some of the commonly used AIA contract documents can be found at http://www.aia.org/docs_default.

It is important to remember that AEBidNet simply provides you with information on projects that are in the planning and bidding stages. We do not involve ourselves in the projects directly. It is up to you to make contact with the owners, developers, architects, and contractors that are working on the projects and making the decisions.

Can I sort or filter the results?

Advanced Search is the best way to narrow your search. Using Advanced Search you can filter projects by project type, building use, division of work, city and state. You can also perform keyword searches.

Do you have plans and other project related documents?

We have project related documents for almost all business opportunities. They are usually in downloadable files in the following formats:

Plans and specifications are located between description of work and project contacts under the Documents heading. Users will be automatically notified when new plans and documents are posted.
